Through the combined efforts of Centene’s charitable giving efforts and the personal pledges of its employees, Centene continues to increase its annual donation back to the organization.
  • Joplin Disaster Relief- Through the combined efforts of Centene employees, generous monetary and material donations were collected and distributed to the Joplin community after a tornado destroyed their town in May of 2011.
  • American Red Cross Blood Drive- With blood shortages at an all-time high, Centene employees came out in full force in July of 2011 to donate when the American Red Cross came to their headquarters. The employee’s blood units that were collected totaled out to 117 lives saved and because the drive was so successful, additional drives will be organized in the following year.
