CeltiCare is a managed care organization that will provide health insurance to Massachusetts residents enrolled in the Commonwealth Care Program. Effective July 1, 2009, the plan will contract with the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority to provide eligible Massachusetts residents with a new and innovative health plan option to receive their Commonwealth Care benefits.
