Established to deliver quality healthcare in the state of Louisiana through local, regional and community-based resources, Louisiana Healthcare Connections is a joint venture between Louisiana Partnership for Choice and Access (a for-profit LLC comprised of 19 non-profit Louisiana Federally Qualified Health Centers) and Centene Corporation. It is part of the state of Louisiana’s BAYOU HEALTH network.
