Founded in 1997, NovaSys Health began as a statewide provider network, serving both self-funded and fully-insured payors. Integrated with NovaSys Health’s claims processing services, NovaSys Health was chosen in 2007 to market and administer ARHealthNetworks, a Section 1115 – Medicaid Waiver offering. Since inception, NovaSys Health has enrolled close to 5,000 employers/self-employed groups and 28,000 members.

In 2010, NovaSys Health was selected to provide administrative services only (ASO) for CNC subsidiary Celtic Insurance. NovaSys Health services Celtic in its effort to provide innovative solutions for under/uninsured populations around the country.
