At Arizona Complete Health, our purpose is at the center of everything we do: Transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. Medicaid coverage is provided through Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan serving the AHCCCS population in 10 counties covering central and southern Arizona.
Care1st Health Plan Arizona
Care1st Health Plan Arizona provides Medicaid services to families, children, seniors, and individuals with complex medical needs serving the northern and central counties in the state until its membership in the central counties transitions to Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan on October 1, 2021.
In Arizona, Wellcare offers a range of Medicare products, including Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plans (MAPD) and standalone Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
