Ashlee Knuckey

Chief Risk, Ethics and Compliance Officer of Centene Corporation

Ashlee Knuckey serves as Chief Risk, Ethics and Compliance Officer for Centene Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading Centene's Risk and Compliance team and driving excellence through a Risk and Compliance department that meets and surpasses the expectations of Centene’s government clients, providers and members.

Prior to joining Centene in 2022, Knuckey served as a partner at Locke Lord LLP, where she was Co-Chair of the Health and Managed Care Litigation practice group and a member of the Board of Directors. During her time at Locke Lord, Knuckey served as Lead Regulatory Counsel for WellCare in its merger with Centene.

Knuckey also served as Outside General Counsel for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, where she was a trusted advisor to Association leadership, including the CEO, CFO and executive committee.

Knuckey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
